DESCRIPTION:Restart Format Enduro | Closed-course | Event Flyer | Pre-Entry begins June 22 at 8pm \n\n  \nThis event will utilize MotoTally instead of LiveLaps for pre-entry. \n\nFrom the Club:\n1.  You will need your AMA number\, name as it appears on your AMA card\, address\, email\, and emergency contact info. \n2. You will select your class and preferred row. \n3. If you want to ride with others\, please click “add rider” on the pre-payment screen. Enter all information as you did for yourself. \n4. If you want to ride with someone on the same row but aren’t signing them up\, you can type in the rider or riders names in comments that you want to ride with. They will still need to pre-enter online. This will not hold a spot for them. \nRow requests are assigned on a first-come\, first-served basis as payments are received. \nPre-entry online and mail-in payments are available\, although row assignments are made as payments are processed. Mail-in price is: $40 for Family Enduro\, $75 for Enduro\, and $60 for Vintage and Sportsman classes. \nRows assignments will be updated often as payments are received. You will get a confirmation email with your number when it is assigned on our end and row assignments will be published for you to view at any time. Please be patient with us! We are using Moto-Tally pre-entry for the first time and want to make sure row assignments are done correctly for all involved. Sign-up will also be available at the event.

SUMMARY:Art Mitchell Memorial Enduro
DESCRIPTION:Timekeeping Format \n\nThe Chillicothe Enduro Riders Association Art Mitchell Enduro pre-entry on LiveLaps starting March 8 at 8pm \n\nThis event will be a traditional timekeeper with plenty of great single track. There are 2 gas available spots. One is back at clubgrounds after only 8.5 miles. The gas trailer will be at the second one at 37 actual miles. If you think you will need both\, bring 2 gas cans. Headlight and license plate will be required. Primitive camping is available Saturday night.\n\n\n\nThe fire department will have biscuits and gravy for breakfast\, pulled pork coleslaw\, and mac & cheese\, and hotdogs after.\n\n\n\nOn Race day\,  the club will have racer packets that will be distributed upon arrival to parking lot premises. They will be doing a live row draw via facebook the week prior to the race.\n\nWhile setting up your pre-entry on LiveLaps you will have the option to group your racing buddies on your minute by selecting “are you registering yourself and others” during signup. BE SURE TO DISCUSS THIS OPTION WITH WHOM YOU WANT ON YOUR ROW AND ONLY HAVE “ONE PERSON” FROM YOUR GROUP GO THROUGH THE PRE-ENTRY PROCESS ON LIVELAPS. Although rows can’t be selected while going through the signup process LiveLaps will timestamp all registrations and group each friend with you so we can put everyone together when doing the live draw via Facebook. Since its only 4 racers per row and if you were to add more then 3 friends to your registration we will then add them to the following rows accordingly to keep you grouped together. YOU CAN SIGNUP AND PAY FOR ALL YOUR FRIENDS AT THE SAME TIME YOU DO YOUR REGISTRATION IN LIVELAPS.\n\nAA riders still must signup and pay on LiveLaps to secure their designated reserved spot. AA reserved rows will be limited to the AA rider and (1) buddy.\n\n\n\nFollow “Chillicothe Enduro Riders” on Facebook for questions and updates.
