Due Jan. 13 — RSVP form (and awards form if you don’t complete online) can be downloaded here.
NO BYOB. The hall cannot afford to lose their liquor license because of a few folks. Once sign-up forms are released, you’ll have the option to request certain beverages that you would like the venue to have on hand.

The series is constantly striving to bring the best racing, awards and sense of community to our riders.
“The clubs in the series put in numerous hours of work to plan the races, lay out trail and run operations the day of the event,” ACES President Kory Young said. “Their dedication allows racers to be able to have a great time riding. Also, thanks to Amy Pelaston for being our scorekeeper at the events this year and Mike Copsey for keeping points behind the scenes.”
