UPDATED 5/21: CERA has notified ACES that, in light of the Governor’s changes in the order, there will be the opportunity to signup on Saturday night from 6-8 p.m. Signup will open at 8 a.m. on Sunday.
UPDATED 5/10:The club experienced some technical difficulties with registration on May 9. As of May 11, that has been corrected and will reopen at 7 p.m.
Chillicothe Enduro Riders will host the Art Mitchell Memorial Enduro on Sunday, May 24.
The address is 27044 OH 327, Laurelville, Ohio 43135. This event will be a traditional timekeeper with plenty of great single track.
The club will have a gas stop and trailer. Headlight and license plate required. Primitive camping is available Saturday night.

On race day, the club will have racer packets that will be distributed upon arrival to parking lot premises.
The club is doing a row draw via facebook live the week prior to the race. While setting up your pre-entry, you will have the option to group your racing buddies on your minute by selecting “are you registering yourself and others” during signup. BE SURE TO DISCUSS THIS OPTION WITH WHO YOU WANT ON YOUR ROW AND ONLY HAVE “ONE PERSON” FROM YOUR GROUP GO THROUGH THE PRE-ENTRY PROCESS ON LIVELAPS.
Although rows can’t be selected while going through the signup process for this race, LiveLaps will timestamp all registrations and group each friend with you. The club can put everyone together when doing the live draw via Facebook. It’s 4 racers per row. If you were to add more then 3 friends to your registration, the club will add them to the following rows accordingly to keep you grouped together. ALL FRIENDS THAT YOU ADD TO YOUR REGISTRATION MUST BE PAID FOR BY YOU WHEN SIGNING UP.
AA riders still must signup and pay on LiveLaps to secure their designated reserved spot.

This race will not use LiveLaps transponder chips for scoring. LiveLaps is only being used for pre-registration.
All ACES pro rows will be held in LiveLaps. All AA riders and their row-mates will need to signup on LiveLaps once the event goes live. Once payment is received, ACES will move AA riders and row-mates onto the appropriate row. AA riders: Please contact either the hosting club or Kory via the ACES website regarding your row-mates and to confirm.
RESULTS PROCESS CHANGE: The race will likely not post results immediately, but the next day with a protest period to follow. The club realizes this is out of normal operations but does not want to not bring any crowds. Plus, the club wants to send people home immediately after the race. Stay tuned for further updates once this process is confirmed.
