Timekeeping Format
The Chillicothe Enduro Riders Association Art Mitchell Enduro pre-entry on LiveLaps starting March 8 at 8pm
This event will be a traditional timekeeper with plenty of great single track. The club will have a gas stop and trailer. Headlight and license plate will be required. Primitive camping is available Saturday night.
On Race day, the club will have racer packets that will be distributed upon arrival to parking lot premises. They will be doing a live row draw via facebook the week prior to the race.
While setting up your pre-entry on LiveLaps you will have the option to group your racing buddies on your minute by selecting “are you registering yourself and others” during signup. BE SURE TO DISCUSS THIS OPTION WITH WHOM YOU WANT ON YOUR ROW AND ONLY HAVE “ONE PERSON” FROM YOUR GROUP GO THROUGH THE PRE-ENTRY PROCESS ON LIVELAPS. Although rows can’t be selected while going through the signup process LiveLaps will timestamp all registrations and group each friend with you so we can put everyone together when doing the live draw via Facebook. Since its only 4 racers per row and if you were to add more then 3 friends to your registration we will then add them to the following rows accordingly to keep you grouped together. YOU CAN SIGNUP AND PAY FOR ALL YOUR FRIENDS AT THE SAME TIME YOU DO YOUR REGISTRATION IN LIVELAPS.
AA riders still must signup and pay on LiveLaps to secure their designated reserved spot. AA reserved rows will be limited to the AA rider and (1) buddy.
